Lessons At Home Connection was founded by Paul Sommer, the band and orchestra director with Instruments of Praise which was established in 1995. The main purpose and goal of Lessons At Home Connection is to connect students with talented Christian music tutors and knowledgeable Christian academic tutors.
As a band and orchestra director, Paul Sommer understands the great benefits students receive when they take private lessons. Over the years, Paul and his wife Brenda who handles a lot of the administrative tasks with Instruments of Praise have received many requests for information regarding private lessons. Lessons at Home Connection is committed to providing excellent Christian music and academic tutors that will help assist students reach their musical and academic goals through three available options:
- Via webcam (With today’s technology via Skype, the convenience and flexibility is very appealing to today’s families with hectic lifestyles.)
- Student goes to the tutor’s location
- Tutor goes to the student’s home
